These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) apply whenever you access or use the website, services, content, or travel products offered by FlightCarCruise (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you, the user, and FlightCarCruise. By using our site or booking services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, we respectfully request that you stop using our services and website.

👤 Traveler Name Policy

  • All travelers must provide their full legal name (first and last), exactly as it appears on a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license) when booking.

  • Name changes are not allowed once the reservation is confirmed.

  • Minor corrections (such as typographical errors) may be allowed depending on the airline’s policy and could incur additional fees.

💰 Fare Policy

  • Fares are not confirmed or guaranteed until the ticket has been issued.

  • Even after you receive a booking confirmation, prices may change due to airline or supplier updates.

  • If a fare change occurs, FlightCarCruise will notify you. You will have the option to:

    • Accept the revised fare and continue with your purchase, or

    • Cancel the reservation at no cost (as long as your card has not been charged).

  • If you choose to cancel due to a fare adjustment before ticketing, you will not be billed.

💳 Payment Policy

  • We accept most major credit and debit cards.

  • For transparency, charges may appear in two separate parts on your billing statement: one for the base fare and another for taxes and fees. The combined amount will equal the total quoted at the time of booking.

  • Airline baggage fees are not included in your ticket price and vary depending on the carrier.

  • Bookings are considered pending until full ticketing is completed.

  • If there’s an issue with your card, we’ll alert you within 24 hours.

🌍 International & Third-Party Card Payments

When booking using an international card or purchasing for someone else, additional verification documents are required:

  • A completed Credit Card Authorization Form

  • A copy of a government-issued ID (front and back, showing photo and signature)

  • A copy of the credit/debit card used for payment (front and back, showing signature)

⚠️ Please note: Your fare is not guaranteed until the ticket is successfully issued.


⚠️ Credit Card Declines

If your card is declined:

  • You will be notified via email within 24 to 48 hours

  • The transaction will not be completed

  • Any quoted fares or reservations will no longer be valid or held
